Where orders ship from
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Anxi County, Quanzhou, Fujian, China. Processing normally takes 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and vary by destination. Please review our Shipping Policy before ordering.

Returns and order issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please do not send an item back until we provide instructions.
