Please include your order number. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with clear photos or video of the item and packaging.

Shipping origin

Orders are dispatched from Anxi County, Quanzhou, Fujian, China after 2-5 business days of processing. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates, tracking, and import-duty information.

Returns and refunds

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded, and you do not need to send the item back. If you changed your mind, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
